Execution of the sales strategy, initiating contact with existing and potential clients to meet goals and objectives in all assigned areas for the regional group Sales Department.
To maximise daily sales call into the field where leadership examples drive sales effectiveness with team players.

To manage selected key accounts of the hotel, and to participate in the negotiation of all major volume account contracting.

To manage and control the yearly RFP processing requirement within the hotel and in conjunction with the RSO offices globally to maximise the acquisition of accounts for the hotel.

To monitor the monthly, 3 month and 12 month rolling forecast and attend forecast meetings to develop sales strategize / monthly tactical action plans to overcome shortfalls to budget / forecast.

Daily monitoring of competitor results. To keep updated on market trends and changes to trends for daily sales morning briefing update.

To assist in the preparation of monthly, 3 monthly action plans for regional sales department to drive results and improve sales performances, updating hotels master sales and marketing timeline chart.

To contribute during the monthly brainstorming sessions with sales team, and synergise with Meeting and Events for hotel packages, promotional rates aimed at improving sales performances. Development of packages for review with Director of Sales and Marketing.

Brief Overview:

The main responsibility is to manage, drive and achieve budgeted revenues as detailed in the annual approved Business Plan. Maximize revenues in a pro-active manner by setting long-term and short-term goals, setting effective strategies, ensuring that all sales systems and plans are effective, and by monitoring productivity and evaluating results.

To support the development of the Hotels yearly Communications and Branding requirements as per Corporate guidelines for submission to the General Manager.

To prepare the Hotels Annual Sales and Marketing Plan, Room Revenue, Banquet and Catering Budgets.

To monitor and drive the sales effectiveness of the Sales team, coach and guide as required and recommend to HRD and specific training requirements for inclusion in yearly training programmes.

Brief Overview:

To serve the needs of the business for our Guests and Associates by developing and implementing strategies to optimize the revenue and profit production through all revenue channels.

To prepare for and chair Weekly Revenue Meetings. Collate and distribute minutes of the meetings, forecast and strategy changes, including restrictions, competitor survey and weekly action plan. Monitor daily reservations room night pick-up patterns to ensure inventory management based on yield, and developing sales strategies as required to maximise market opportunities and achievement of budgets and / or forecasts.

To prepare accurately the standardised Daily, Weekly and Monthly Report requirements for corporate management and the Hotel.
To monitor the Hotels Rate Structures as outlined in the Hotels approved rate structure grids for the coming year, ensuring room night production levels are adhered to, with monthly reviews of companies’ production are in line with requirements.

Continuous updating of historical data, booking patterns, market trends, and subsequently produces a calendar of events required for revenue and pricing decisions and ensures that these are recorded to facilitate future decisions.

Brief Overview:

The role is responsible for the management, formulation, direction and implementation of the Brand Marketing and Communication strategy for the Hotel.

You will be responsible for product development of the brand, packaging of programs, promotions, sponsors, partnerships, whilst developing a

Brief Overview:

To provide Service within the Organization and implement all designated Training Programs. The Programs would include, but are not limited to Orientation, Quality Control, Work Measurement, Human Resources, Supervisory and Management Development. Responsible for the motivation, recognition as well as assisting in coaching and counseling of Associates.

Develops, writes and coordinates Training Manuals working with Specialists for specific details. The Training Manuals should include: course content, visual charts, videotapes, slides, etc.

Brief Overview:

The role provides assistance and support along with giving guidance and direction for strategy and its execution within a multi-unit and destination focused Hotel Group.

One of the major focuses for the role will be the introduction and implementation of a Key Account Management system for the group covering major segments such as MICE, Corporate, and Tour & Travel whilst specifically managing the retention and acquisition strategies and thereby being responsible for the Group’s Total Revenue.
